My universal FORMULA OF HAPPINESS looks like this:
1. Everything is good enough in the basic areas of life – Health, Work, Finance (or at least in one area everything is good enough, the rest is normal – the minimum basic needs are covered).
2. There is at least some self-realization (realization of yourself, your interest, talent, what gives pleasure, what is really YOURS, the reason, why you want to get up in the morning), combined with the usefulness for people.
3. The ability to be satisfied with little (minimalism), to be grateful for all that is, not to try to influence what is right now out of the zone of influence, not to reach for what is closed for you now. To enjoy life, the small pleasures right now, every day, every moment. It’s a lot about maturity.
Yes, happiness is individual.
It’s a structure, a framework, a system on which individual beads are strung.
It took me many years to invent this formula and test it on hundreds of people. It works perfectly, reliably.
This is a formula for ordinary, not extraordinary situations.
Try to apply the formula to yourself. What are you missing? What do you need to work on?
